Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Place the wig in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been brushed or styled.

  Ship It Back

  Securely seal your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location using the provided shipping documentation.

  Once our specialists verify the wig's condition, we will process your refund or exchange credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
